Hermes is a privately operated automation system designed to help its owner research topics, produce and quality-check video content, and schedule uploads for two distinct YouTube channels.
Hermes coordinates the owner's local production tools and selected third-party services.
Organizes topic discovery, source checks, scripts, and scene plans for the owner's channels.
Coordinates visual assets, narration, rendering, and quality gates before a video is considered ready.
Uses Google-authorized YouTube API access to upload and schedule content to the specific channel account that authorized it.
When the owner authorizes a Google account, Hermes uses the granted YouTube permissions to perform video-upload and scheduling tasks for that account's associated channel. Hermes is designed to keep the two channel authorizations and their tokens separate.
Hermes does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. OAuth tokens are stored in the operator-controlled local environment; routine diagnostic logs are scheduled for deletion after 30 days when the local cleanup task next runs. Read the Privacy Policy for data use, retention, deletion, and account-revocation details.
